Evidence before attribution.
Paradigm separates what moved from why it moved. Public evidence is attributed to its source; private engagements remain private.

- US$15 million to more than US$43 million in revenue
- 2021–2023
- Public client-reported / contributory
Q-Sourcing reports that revenue grew from US$15 million in 2021 to more than US$43 million in 2023 after adopting Scaling Up, in collaboration with Scaling Up Coach Elton Mutize.
The result is reported by the client. Paradigm does not claim sole causation.

Evidence states
Five states, used consistently
- verified outcome
- The movement has been confirmed by the client's finance function against the accounts or cash position. This is the only state that counts as proof.
- management-reported result
- The client's management team reports the change. It is credible and it is theirs, but it has not been independently verified, and it is not presented as if it had been.
- identified opportunity
- Analysis shows cash or margin that could be released if specific decisions are closed. Nothing has moved yet. An opportunity is never reported as a release.
- forecast
- An expected effect, stated before it occurs, with the assumptions it depends on. A forecast is a commitment to check, not a result.
- attribution hypothesis
- The change is real, but the causal link to Paradigm's work cannot be cleanly isolated. It is stated as a hypothesis and left as one.
Verification
How a movement becomes verified
- 01The decision is written before the work: outcome, owner, due date, expected economics, evidence required, review rhythm.
- 02The evidence source is agreed in advance: which account, which report, which period.
- 03The decision is executed through the operating rhythm and closed on date.
- 04The client's finance function confirms the movement against the agreed source.
- 05The result is recorded with its evidence state and the period it belongs to.
- 06Where causality cannot be isolated, attribution is recorded as a hypothesis, not a claim.
